Cina (Sunny Soon), seorang mahasiswa baru yang belum pernah mengalami kegagalan dalam hidup, sehingga dia yakin bisa mewujudkan impiannya menjadi Gubernur Tapanuli hanya dengan modal iman.
Annisa (Saira Jihan), mahasiswi tingkat akhir 24 tahun yang kuliahnya terhambat karena karirnya di dunia film. Popularitas dan kecantikan membuatnya kesepian, sehingga ia bersahabat dengan jarinya sendiri yang digambari bermuka sedih. Sampai suatu hari datang ‘jari’ lain yang menemani.
Tuhan, karakter yang paling tidak bisa ditebak. Setiap orang merasa mengenal-Nya. Setiap karya seni mencoba untuk menggambarkan-Nya, tapi tidak ada yang benar-benar mampu menggambarkan-Nya.
Tuhan mencintai Cina dan Annisa, tapi Cina dan Annisa tidak dapat saling mencintai karena mereka memanggil Tuhan dengan nama yang berbeda.
Cina (Sunny Soon) has just started university life and is yet to experience any failures in life. He believes that all he needs to do to achieve his dream of becoming the Governor of Tapanuli (a region in Indonesia) is to be faithful to his spiritual beliefs.
Annisa (Saira Jihan) is a final-year student who is yet to finish her studies due to her career as an actress. She’s attractive and popular, but this makes her deeply lonely – her best friends are her sad-faced “animated fingers”… until one day another finger emerges to keep her company.
God is a character beyond everyone’s imagination. Everyone feels that they know Him. Every artwork tries to portray Him. Yet nobody can really describe Him.
God loves Cina and Annisa, but Cina and Annisa cannot love each other because they refer to God by different names…

because most people try to find love in their daily activities, they will not drag an entity that so called god.

I’m sorry for my (not so good, confuse-merry go around-ing, need a lot of practice) english, but i just want to invite people to think through this movie that has a good, critical mind set.

the story is too complicated. i confuse that all of Indonesian people can understanding about the meaning of the story. but, 1 suggest from me that if you watch the movie like this, please don’t watch with your emotion. take your heart to understanding of the real story about. don’t be fanatic with said: “I’m true”, “you are wrong”. that’s not good words. nothing “true” and “wrong” in our life. the really true is “God is reality”. whatever you understanding “who is It?”
we must know that we were not to pray for our religion. but, we pray for God
